About SQL validation
Syntax validation uses a SQL parser and can identify malformed statements and their approximate location. It does not check table names, column names, permissions, query plans or whether a query would succeed against your specific database. SQL formatting can succeed even when a query is syntactically invalid. Submitted SQL is processed by this application server without database execution or saving it in the application's tables.
